Angela Conover

Angela Conover is Senior Vice President with Urban Development Fund, LLC. As the primary technical advisor for New Markets Tax Credit deals serviced by the firm, she is responsible for reviewing underwriting, construction draws, closing documents and managing compliance.

Conover brings over 25 years of experience in financing commercial and multifamily real estate with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and tax-exempt bond financing for both single-family and multifamily projects. Throughout her career she has worked with a mix of public, private, and non-profit entities to procure loans, grants, tax credits and Section 8 contracts for both acquisition rehab and new construction projects.
