Darrell Hubbard

Darrell Hubbard has supported low-income communities throughout his 40-year career as a financial specialist. He is the former Senior Vice President of The National Equity Fund (NEF) a non-profit syndicator of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), where he was responsible for an annual equity raise of $400 million.
Hubbard was President and CEO and prior to that Chief Banking Officer and Director of Business Banking for Urban Partnership Bank (formerly Shore Bank), where he promoted economic and environmental sustainability by lending in low-income communities. He also served as Managing Director for Capital Markets at First Chicago Bank.
Hubbard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
