James Keledjian
James Keledjian is founder of UDF. He has successfully developed many transformational projects as founder of Pathway to Living which produces Assisted Living and Memory Care units for the low-income elderly. His company has participated in the LIHTC, food stamp and other programs to assist its tenants.
Keledjian is the Chairman of the Chicago Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) and served as an adjunct professor and board member for DePaul University’s Department of Real Estate. A former Director of the Illinois Housing Council, Keledjian has been active with the Affordable Assisted Living Coalition, NIC and the American Senior Housing Association and served on the Federal Home Loan Bank’s Community Investment Advisory Board.
Keledjian holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University.
