Robin Cero

Based in Chicago, Robin Cero is Vice President for Midwest Originations at Lument, a top-ranked FHA multifamily and FHA senior living lender and the largest FHA/Ginnie Mae servicer in the country with a $47 billion portfolio. She has been a valuable member of the UDF Advisory Board since its inception. 

Prior to Lument, she was an analyst with predecessor Hunt Companies and served as Vice President for both Cabrien Financial and Alliant Financial. Before that she was Director for Greystone Servicing Corporation and held First Vice President and Regional Manager positions at one of the country’s leading multifamily lenders, LaSalle Bank Multifamily Finance Group. 

As a former Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase, Cero worked with a team of correspondents throughout the Midwest to originate real estate loans from $3 million to $100 million on income producing properties. 

She received her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Western Kentucky University.
